Working with us
What kind of brands do you work with?
Over ten years we’ve produced for 400+ brands: ministries and agencies (MITI, MOE, MOF, KPKT, ECRL), multinationals (Shell, Honda, Lexus, DuPont, AIA, Haier), consumer brands (Eucerin, Bio-essence, Anmum, Appeton) and organisations such as UNHCR.
Do you handle everything, or just the shoot?
Everything, if you want it: planning, scripting, the shoot, animation, editing, colour, sound, subtitles and delivery. We can also take on one part, such as editing footage you already have.
Do you shoot outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. We’re based in Bangsar South and regularly produce across Malaysia, including Johor Bahru and Sabah. Tell us the location and we’ll plan crew and travel into your quote.
Quotes & booking
How does a project start?
Share your goal, audience and deadline through the contact form or WhatsApp. We’ll reply with a recommended plan and an itemised quote.
How is a project priced?
On its scope: crew, shoot days, locations, animation and number of deliverables. Every quote is itemised, so you see exactly what you’re paying for before anything starts.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. Commercials with casting, locations or animation need the most lead time. For urgent jobs, WhatsApp us and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make your date.
Delivery & rights
When do we get the final files?
We agree a delivery schedule before the shoot, so you know when drafts and finals will land.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Revision rounds are built into every project and set out in your quote.
What formats do you deliver?
Clean, labelled folders with every version you need: landscape for web and YouTube, square and vertical for social and ads, subtitled where required, plus high-resolution and web-optimised images.
Where can we use the content?
Usage rights are written into your quote, so you know exactly where each deliverable can run: website, social, paid ads, broadcast or events.
